HFS Bear Fair FAQs
Our goal for this page is to provide clear and helpful answers to many of the common questions we receive about the annual HFS Bear Fair. Each year, families—new and returning—reach out with a wide range of questions about tickets, activities, safety, schedules, check-in procedures, food options, and everything in between. We want this page to be a central place where you can quickly find the information you need without having to search through multiple sections of the website.
While this list may not be completely exhaustive, we work hard to keep it as accurate, updated, and useful as possible. As planning for the Bear Fair continues throughout the year, we will add new details, clarify information, and update answers as needed.
If you have a specific question that isn’t covered here—or if you think there’s something important that should be included—please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for everyone. We truly strive to make every effort to answer any question you may have and to ensure our entire school community feels informed, supported, and excited for this beloved event.
